Viewing and Printing PDF documents

To view and print tax forms Adobe Reader must be installed on all workstations where tax filers will use I-CAN!® E-File. Adobe reader is a free download located here.

You should download and install Adobe Reader, then click on the test link on this page to open your document and accept the licensing terms. This will prevent confusion by users. If you set up your computers with reduced privileges the user account may not have the ability to accept the license or download and install the software, so please arrange the installation prior to the public using these computers.

Enabling Chat Support

Assuming Internet Explorer browser, the Chat support link requires 2 additions:
  1. Ports 8988, 8969, and 8968 MUST be open and,
  2. Flash player must be installed or able to be downloaded.
You can test this ahead of time by clicking the link above.

Enabling Email Support

The email link opens whatever email client is installed on your computer installation. If there is no client the email support link will not work automatically. In anticipation of this the email address is listed on the Help page and can be manually typed in for those users with internet based email such as gmail, yahoo, etc.
